Here is a salmon dinner that’s super simple and a favorite every time I’ve served it.  Most of the ingredients, except the salmon, are most likely already in your pantry.

You will need:

Salmon Steaks or Fillet

1/2 cup wine vinegar

1/4 cup olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon thyme and parsely

1/2 tablespoon sugar (or honey)

1 teaspoon onion power

salt & pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray the bottom of your pan or lightly coat your pan with olive oil.

Rinse Salmon Steaks or Fillet and place in pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano and thyme.

Salmon steak

Make the sauce by adding all remaining ingredients together in a capped jar or container.  Shake for about 1 minute until thoroughly mixed.

Pour a generous amount over the Salmon (you will have sauce left to refrigerate and use again).

Bake for 15 – 20 minutes.  If you want a light crust you can cook under the broiler for ~2 minutes.

While Salmon is in oven prepare your companion items.
